Ragi Semiya Puttu












Ingredients
Ragi Semiya - 1 cup
Grated coconut - 2 to 3 tblsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp

Preparation
Soak Ragi semiya in water with salt for just 2 min. Drain excess water and wash twice quickly. Steam it for 5 to 10 min. Serve with grated coconut and sugar. A Healthy dish for kids!

Note
1. If you soak  in water for more than 3 to 5 min then you would end up in a mess. It starts to dissolve.
2. You can make ragi semiya by giving  ragi in mill (Very few mills do that). I used ready made one.
